Would you believe a game called Basketball is about basketball and nothing else? Yes, 1970s were a different times.

Basketball was one of the first arcade games about basketball and... it is exactly what is says on the tin. Compared to other sports games of the era, basketball was a slightly more complicated, because there actually was some interaction between the players. You could have faced the AI opponent in a single player mode or play 2-on-2 as an coop.

Apart from that there is not much to say about Basketball (or Atari Basketball), is was not the most impressive game in history, but back in 1978 is actually was quite impressive.
